Module 1 Overview

Module 1 is all about getting you setup and ready to use the Perfect Fitness Framework.

Whether you're working with one of our expert coaches or you're participating in our self-paced program, these next few sections will help you:

-Fully assess your current state

-Clearly identify your goals, visions, and direction

-Clarify and articulate what this all really means to you

Goals are important, yes. But it's equally important that we have a strong understanding of where we're at right now.

Once you have a better understanding of your current state you'll be in a much better position to build out your ideal state which is exactly what we'll do next.

That's what you'll get from the Comprehensive Assessment and when we say the Assessment is comprehensive, we mean it. So to some extent you'll start to identify some high-level goals.

From there, we'll further clarify what you hope to get from the Perfect Fitness Framework and the time with your coach.

Finally, and most importantly, you'll complete the 5 Whys exercise. This powerful exercise helps you peel back the layers of your goals to figure out what this all really means to you. And very rarely is it the initial reason you think.

Once you know what your goals, vision, and direction mean to you, you'll have a powerful motivator that will help you feel empowered and encouraged on your best days and your worst (yes, we all have bad days where nothing feels like it's going right - remember WHY you're doing this helps keep us focused and motivated).
